Your Questions, Answered
A: You can easily reach us through our website contact form – we’ll respond quickly to confirm your booking and arrange the best time for your dog’s walk.
A: Yes, absolutely. We can either pick up your dog directly from your home, or you can drop them off at an agreed meeting point such as a nearby park. We’ll arrange the option that works best for you and your dog.
A: It depends on the dogs. For larger breeds, we walk a maximum of three at a time. For smaller or medium-sized dogs, we can take up to five. If it’s a mixed group of big and small dogs, we keep it between three and four to make sure every pup feels safe, comfortable, and well looked after.
A: That depends on your wishes as a family. If your dog has the right gear and you’re comfortable with them going out in certain weather conditions – and if your dog has no problem with it – we will happily do our duty and accommodate. If not, we can adjust the walk or find a flexible solution together.
A: Yes, we do. Our in-home sitting means we look after your dog directly in your home, so they feel safe in their familiar environment. We also offer holiday care – please note that during holiday periods the tariffs are slightly different. You can find the details in the tariff section of our website.
A: Yes, of course. We can send you a photo or a short video of your dog during the walk, so you know they’re happy and safe. As an extra precaution, we also wear an in-body camera during walks to address any issue that might arise. Separately, we’re happy to send you a couple of photos or a few seconds of video as a personal update.
A: Yes, please let us know in advance if your dog has any special needs. This can include allergies (food or environmental), anxiety, whether your dog is comfortable around other dogs, or if your female dog is in heat. It’s also important for us to know whether a male dog has been castrated/neutered. The more we know, the better we can adapt the walk and make sure your dog is safe, happy, and well cared for.
